    Odette Sculpture Park

    Located in the Sculpture Capital of Canada, the Odette Sculpture Park is a display of large scale all season sculptures.     Point Pelee National Park

    Sarnia Centennial Park
    Many of Sarnia's year-round events take place at Centennial Park. Each year at Christmas the facility lights up for the Celebration of Lights Festival. Picnic tables, a waterfront park, walkways, restaurants and gardens make this park a lovely spot for a picnic or to spend the day. The park is adjacent to the Sarnia Bay Marina and therefore offers ample fishing opportunities

    Holiday Beach Conservation Area

    Hours: Open daily 8am-5pm or by appointment. One of the best fall birding sites in North America. This 546 acre nature reserve contains over 2,000 feet of beaches, picnic areas, a 2km trail along the edge of Big Creek Marsh. Known as North America's premiere spot to view the fall migration of raptors (birds of prey). 'Festival of Hawks'event takes place in September.

    Coventry Gardens and Peace Fountain
    This park occupies 10 acres of created park land and is located directly across from Detroit's Belle Isle. During the summer months, Coventry Gardens attracts crowds of people who enjoy viewing the spectacular Peace Fountain, with its ever-changing patterns of coloured lights and water sprays. The Fountain is a photographer's delight (in operation from end May to early October).

    Hillman Marsh Conservation Area

    Hillman Marsh Conservation area is located in one of the area's most significant wetlands. Guests may choose to explore the area by canoe, or by foot on a 4.5-kilometer path that goes through the marsh. The Essex Region Conservation Authority runs this conservation park, which is also responsible for 17 other conservation areas.

    Jackson Park- Queen Elizabeth II Gardens

    This park features one of Windsor's most classic and elegant gardens which has won an Ontario Parks Association Award for the best lighted garden in Ontario. Covers 65 acres, with four of those acres occupied by the formal Rose Gardens, where visitors can find over 12,000 rose bushes among 450 varieties. The WWII Lancaster bomber, a central attraction in the Park, honours those who lost their lives in overseas conflicts. In an adjacent park, there are barbecue pits and play areas for the kids.

    Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary

    Grounds open year round - Mon-Sat 8am-5pm Museum open 9am-5pm. Closed Sunday. This world-renowned sanctuary, established by Jack Miner in 1904, is the marshalling and resting ground for the majestic long-necked Canada Goose during its seasonal migration. The best time to view peak migration, is the last two weeks in October, and all of November.
